The Asbestos Awareness Training course is designed to educate workers on the risks associated with asbestos exposure and how to work safely in environments where asbestos may be present. This training provides essential knowledge to help identify potential hazards, understand regulatory requirements, and apply safe work practices to minimize risk. Participants will learn: • What asbestos is and where it is commonly found • Health risks associated with asbestos exposure • How to recognize asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) • Safe work procedures and exposure prevention • Legal responsibilities and compliance requirements This course is ideal for workers, supervisors, and anyone who may encounter asbestos in the workplace. • Duration: 3 hours • Class Size: Minimum 5 participants, Maximum 20 participants
