Service Description

This Workplace Violence & Harassment Training course provides participants with the knowledge and tools to recognize, prevent, and respond to workplace violence and harassment in accordance with regulatory requirements. Participants will learn how to identify different forms of violence and harassment, understand their rights and responsibilities, and follow proper reporting and response procedures. The course also covers risk factors, warning signs, and strategies for creating a respectful and psychologically safe work environment. Emphasis is placed on prevention, awareness, and compliance, helping organizations reduce risk, support employees, and foster a culture of respect and accountability. ✔ Location: Available at our facility or Client Facility (We come to you) ✔ Class Size: Minimum 5 participants, Maximum 12 participants Ideal for workers, supervisors, and organizations committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
